This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product. Our sunglasses return policy stipulates that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once we Receive the Return shipment, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.
Exchange Your Standard Size Garment with custom size Garment: If our standard sizes doesn’t fit you and you want Custom fit garment in exchange, then put your best fit garment with your French crown garment in your return shipment and send it to our indian warehouse address. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you in 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.
In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.
REFUND
A restocking fee of $5 per item will apply to all returns. Once we receive your return shipment, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account or credit card within 5–7 business days, depending on your local bank's processing time.
Store Credit Option: Customers may choose Store Credit or Cashback, where the equivalent amount—or even 10% more—will be credited to your account on our website for future use. This credit can be Used to purchase other French Crown products.
No Refunds on Clearance Items:
For products purchased with a discount of more than 50%, refunds are not applicable. However, you can proceed with an exchange for a different size, color, or product of equivalent value (subject to availability). This policy applies as these items are part of our clearance sale, offered at heavily discounted prices to clear inventory for new collections.
Refund Processing Conditions:
Refunds will only be initiated after the following conditions are met:
The parcel has been dispatched and successfully delivered.
The original garments are returned to one of our warehouses in their original condition with tags intact.
Non-Refundable Charges:

However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for custom garments and plus sizes, as they are already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. For the purpose of this policy, garments including blazers, suits, shirts, and waistcoats in size 46 and above are classified as plus sizes, and pants in size 40 and above are also considered plus sizes. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also provide Free Alteration for 14 days, starting from the day you received your order.
