Make sure the garment is in good state. Unused, of course. It’s totally ok if you have misplaced the original box and tags. You can even keep the gift which you have received in the parcel, just return the original product, that’s it.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, and perfumes. This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product. Our sunglasses return policy stipulates that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product details before making a purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support.

However, We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at contact@frenchcrown.com from the email you placed the order with. 

There is no return policy for boxer and perfume products.

EXCHANGE

Once we Receive the Return shipment, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

Exchange Your Standard Size Garment with custom size Garment: If our standard sizes doesn’t fit you and you want Custom fit garment in exchange, then put your best fit garment with your French crown garment in your return shipment and send it to our indian warehouse address. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you in 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.

In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.

REFUND

A restocking fee of $5 per item will apply to all returns. Once we receive your return shipment, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account or credit card within 5–7 business days, depending on your local bank's processing time.

Store Credit Option: Customers may choose Store Credit or Cashback, where the equivalent amount—or even 10% more—will be credited to your account on our website for future use. This credit can be Used to purchase other French Crown products.

Please note: Shipping charges, premium packaging charges (if applicable), and platform fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be initiated after the parcel has been dispatched, delivered, and the original garments have been returned to one of our warehouses.

FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS

We want to provide every customer a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom Garment as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at contact@frenchcrown.com from the email you placed the order with. We also provide Free Alteration for 15 days, starting from the day you received your order.
